Treatment looking positive…

Scans and an x-ray have revealed that my wife’s painful left heel is a result of plantar fascia and a plantar spur.
For several weeks we have tackled this problem using a combination of 3 suggested treatments...

and Numbat Relief Cream
It has worked, as after 4 weeks, my wife aged 83 is back on her regular morning 5 kilometre walk.
We realise that until you try eliminating treatment and assessing whether the pain is returning, you can’t determine which is the main contributor to the relief,
though we do believe that Numbat has played a major role.
