We acknowledge that online purchasing involves some degree of chance and we will endeavor to provide as much information as possible to assist you with your final choices. Should you wish to return your order we ask that you notify us by email within 14 days of the purchase date so that a return authorization can be issued. Please understand that returns for exchange can only be accepted with a return authorization reference and on the provision that the item(s) have not been worn, used or damaged in any way. We will be happy to exchange the item for a different size or as a credit towards the purchase of any other item of your choice and the replacement item will be shipped to you free of any delivery charges. If you feel there is nothing suitable as an exchange we will refund you the item purchase price. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
